Summertime

I feel like summer just flew by.  Ours went a little something like this...beach, swim, beach, Lompoc visit, swim while in Lompoc, Cayucus, swim in Cayucus, home, beach, swim, Lompoc again, beach, swim and then beach again.  Oh and one more time at the beach. 

In all seriousness, we have had an amazing summer.  I love these two girls and my hubby like crazy.  What a wonderful life.

Why is it that I never sew anymore?

I love to sew.  I'm not very good at it, but I still love it.  And just yesterday I busted out the sewing machine.  I needed to make some baby blankets, fix some things, finish an apron, and of course make a stuffed animal that Noe designed.  But everytime I even think about getting creative, these two stinkbugs beat me to it.  Every single piece of fabric and stuffing was pulled out and thrown about. What was going to be a little 30 minute project ends up being a 2 hour cleaning session.  Man they are lucky they're cute.  ;)
