Here's Noe throwin' up a shaka while learning
how to surf with Daddy.
Noelani now helps with every meal we prepare. From
our smoothies in the morning to helping Patrick make his
coffee. And don't think you can sneak in a meal without her helping.
Whoa no!! Don't even thin about it. It's awesome though
to see her munching on tomatoes that we've just cut up or grabbing
some yellow peppers and going to town. If I just put them on her plate
she won't usually eat them, but if she's helped to prepare them she'll
mow them down before they even hit the plate.
Here she is helping me wash and dry some potatoes for dinner.
