In Cardiff, a few miles from our house, there's a statue of a
surfer. Locals hate the statue, and call it the
Cardiff Kook (kook is a geeky/bad surfer).
So about every two weeks someone will decorate
him, or dress him up. The other day he was completely
engulfed by a paper mache great white shark. I don't know
how they do it without getting caught, but it's funny every time.
