Oregon Friends & Turtles

Our friends were down from Oregon, so Noe and I went to visit them in Altadena. It was so hot, that we decided to use my friend's Mom's house equipped with a pool so that we could cool off. Here's Noe and Fiona checking out their coloring books and trying to stay cool.




My Friend's Mom has 2 desert turtles. A little step up in size from my Mom's box turtles. This one ~ Wilbur ~ was a total social butterfly. He would come right up to you and get in your business, and then follow you into the house. It was hilarious. The girls weren't too keen on the turtle, since their little toes looked just like worms.
