Long time no type

Well, we've definitely been busy. We just haven't taken any pictures lately. Patrick got a job down in Encinitas. So from interview to new job to actual move date is 3 weeks. We found a place down in Carlsbad. Yahoo! Now we have to pack up our house, and if any of you have been to our house you know we don't live lightly. We have soooooo much stuff. I guess it's time to purge, huh?? The packing has begun, but in the interim we have to rent out our house, so it has to stay nice to entice someone to rent it. So far we've got the Cal State Long Beach Rugby just loving our place. Nice. Of all the athletes, we've got the Rugby team. Really? We are hoping for a quiet little family, but if worse comes to worse...bring on the sweaty, beer drinking boys, as long as they pay the rent. We promise pics and fun stories soon, hopefully minus any toothless Rugby players. :)
