Pumpkins, trains, and ponies...oh my.
What an amazing weekend!! Patrick finally had the ENTIRE weekend off. No checking voicemail, no meetings, nothing. It was so awesome. We really have to cherish every moment, because he's been working night and day. So Friday evening we didn't to hit up Pa's Pumpkin Patch in Long Beach. Noe just had a blast. She climbed over all the pumpkins, rode the train twice, rode the ponies, went into the petting zoo, and best of all she was able to ride the carousel with her Daddy!! Except for the crazy Turkey that tried to take off her fingers, it was so fun. It makes me so thankful for my childhood. Growing up out in the country, we had everything...horses, rabbits, chickens, dogs, cats, sheep, and a huge billy goat at one point. I know it was A LOT of work for my parents, but man was it great growing up. After the petting zoo I kept thinking, a chicken coup could fit in my backyard. ;)
The rest of the weekend was just as great. We hit up the park, Patrick caught a
little football, ate yummy food and just enjoyed each other. Ahh...love.

You know, if you lived in Portland, you could have chickens! :)
