Bass Lake

Noelani and I went to Bass Lake to spend the week with some awesome friends (No Patty on this trip.  We used up his vacation time for Kauai.  Boo!)  Our friend Ingrid has a family house on the lake.  It had the most beautiful view, rooms for all of us, several boats, it's own dock and floating sunbathing dock, and it was just perfect.

Yes, crying was the theme song when it was life jacket time.  But once they were in them and on the boat, it was time for some long awaited zzz's.


My Grandma only lived about 5 minutes from the lake, so I was able to visit her twice while I was there.  I'm so glad that it worked out, because we normally only see each other once year.

Next year Patrick is going for sure.  We missed him too much!
